Due to the perishable nature of our mountain water and iced teas, we cannot accept returns on beverage products, but we will make it right if your order arrived damaged or defective. For apparel and gear, we offer a 30-day window for returns of unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Your Loot

  Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival to ensure your cans aren't crushed and your gear is intact.

  Summon Support

  If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team with your order number and a photo of the carnage.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  For eligible apparel returns, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send the items back to our underworld warehouse.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once we verify your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
